Since it is a stand installed on the exterior of a building at a high location, strength is more important than appearance for safety reasons. Therefore, we focused on strength by using semi-automatic welding instead of the usual TIG welding. Additionally, the structure allows for the handrail to be removable, and we had to minimize the misalignment between the holes in the frame and the leg pitch of the handrail, which made post-welding adjustments quite challenging. The main body of the frame is made of t3.2 square pipes, designed to prevent misalignment with the press machine using t30.0 anchors, ultimately proposing a product with a load capacity of approximately 700kg. During production, we ensured precise dimensions for each part, creatively developed the welding procedure for assembly, and made fine adjustments to align dimensions without bending, processing everything with care.
